“No matter which issues you choose to explore, you will receive confidential, compassionate and thoughtful support.” – Gillian Lock, Psychotherapy & Coaching.
Psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling are talking therapies that are designed for you to be able to discuss issues with someone outside of your usual social and familial circle. I am available for psychotherapy North West London and I can help you to deal with a range of issues including:
Abuse
Emotional abuse
Dissociation
Postnatal depression
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Our initial meeting will discuss what you can expect and how we will work together to find the right solution for you. Sessions are confidential, and you can choose to bring someone with you should you wish.
I have particular interest in postnatal and perinatal issues, and I am an Integrated Psychotherapist & Counsellor, trained in a range of modalities.
A Deeper Insight
Talking therapy allows us to work together to express your feelings that you may be repressing and gain a deeper insight into the issues that you are facing in life. With psychotherapy North London, you can explore your emotions safely in a place that you feel most comfortable.
Promoting Change
I can offer both long and short-term psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, couples and families. We can work together to look at your life and history and work to understand how you feel now and how this can change in the future.
Exploring your life experiences during psychotherapy North West London can help you to break down how you feel and begin to heal. Together, we can decide how to change the way your life looks so that you can feel confident and supported the whole way.
I also offer humanistic and family therapies, taking a psychological approach to understand how you can make positive changes in your life. Click on my services page to see more.
