Counsellor North West London

“No matter which issues you choose to explore, you will receive confidential, compassionate and thoughtful support.” – Gillian Lock, Psychotherapy & Coaching.

When you need to talk, sometimes it can help to have a listening ear outside of your usual circle of family and friends. As a counsellor in North West London, I can help you to deal with a range of issues including:
Bereavement
Illness
Divorce
Family difficulties
We will go entirely at your pace, discussing the problem you are having and breaking it down to understand it piece by piece.

I have a focussed interest in perinatal issues and postnatal depression, and I am an Integrated Psychotherapist & Counsellor, trained in a range of modalities.

Support Offered
The emotional support that you need when you are going through a traumatic time in your life changes depending on the issue, and this is something that we can explore together. Arranging an appointment with an established, qualified counsellor in North West London could be the start of the healing process for you and ensuring that you are getting the support that you need.

Hand-In-Hand Solutions
I can offer both long and short-term psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, couples and families. We can work together on a long term look at your life and history and work to understand how you came to be who you are today.

Working through personal issues isn’t something that should be done alone. I can take you through an analysis – personal to you – of your professional and personal life changes that are affecting you today. Together, we can decide how to change the way your life looks so that you can feel confident and supported the whole way.

I also offer career services, taking a psychological approach to understand how you can make positive changes in your working life. Click on my services page to see more.
